Refund Policy   

Refunds are accepted if the product is found to be faulty and all parts are in order as dispatched. Customers must

return the product to our store in the Perth metropolitan area, Perth Western Australia 6016.

Clotheslines - all clotheslines have a 10 or 20 year product warranty.

Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery for all Perth metropolitan area orders.

For deliveries to all country (Western Australia) areas a $40.00 charge will apply.

Please note that some country areas will require pick up from the couriers central depot.

After receiving your order processing and dispatch will take a maximum of 5 business days. In the event that an

ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to reach an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
